Coastal Pet Rescue is a local, award winning, family friendly, non-profit organization which helps to prevent abuse to animals by rescuing them from endangering situations and finding them permanent homes. The folks here at All Ways Savannah feel strongly about their cause, and is excited to tell you about The Animal Rescue Site $100,000 Shelter & Challenge. Together with Petfinder the Animal Rescue Site is awarding $100,000 in grants to eligible Petfinder.com member rescue organizations to help animals.

The Institute of Navigation hosts three technical meetings each year: The International Technical Meeting in January; the Annual Meeting in June; and the Satellite Division Technical Meeting, ION GNSS, in September.
KShuttle will be providing a Hotel Shuttle from the Savannah Airport to the Historic District Hotels including the Marriott, Inn at Ellis Square, River street Inn, Hyatt, Four Points Sheraton as well as the Westin Savannah Harbor and will be running every 30 minutes beginning 10:00am until after the final flight lands each day, September 20th – 22nd, and again on the 25th to shuttle passengers back to the airport. A meet and greet ground transportation desk in the baggage claim area will be open Sunday – Tuesday, September 20 – 22 to assist with inbound passengers registered for shuttle transportation to downtown Savannah Hotels and the Westin.
Coastal Pet Rescue 2009 Cruise for Critters Cruise Tickets Now Just $20! We have one boat left to fill, so we reduced the prices this week only to $20 per person if you register online. We hope you’ll join us as we rally to rebuild our veterinary fund for Savannah’s homeless pets. Join us for our annual Cruise for Critters. The cruise takes place on a Sunday, September 20 from 2 to 5 aboard Capt. Mike’s Dolphin Tours out of Lazaretto Creek Marina on Tybee Island. The three-hour cruise is NOW $20 per person and includes light refreshments. (Those who register prior to registration deadline of 08/20 will receive a T-shirt.) All attendees must be 21 or over. You may BYOB as only non-alcoholic beverages are already provided. Please limit coolers to six-pack size. Sponsors are still needed as well.
